Yes, you can book your return using the app. Click on the Return my shopping section, select your retailer, enter your return details and follow the steps to generate a return label. You can then drop off your parcel at your local post office or schedule a home collection.

If you’re a winner, we’ll contact you using the email address registered to your An Post account with information about your prize and the details we need to arrange delivery.
For physical prizes, once we receive your postal address, your prize will be dispatched within seven working days.

First, make sure you’re logged into your registered An Post app account and meet the eligibility requirements.

1. Delete and re-download the An Post app.
2. When asked to allow An Post to track your activity, select Allow.

To check the status of a Digital Stamp:

• Open the app and go to the Digital Stamps tab
• Select the stamp you want to check
• You’ll see whether it has been used, expired, or is still valid.

When a customs fee is due, you’ll receive an email, SMS or postcard notification from An Post. This will contain your tracking number and customs reference number.

To pay the charge, open the app, go to the Pay customs charges section, enter your tracking number and customs reference number, and follow the secure payment steps. Once paid, your item will be released for delivery.
