Terms and Conditions of the Refer a Friend promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions below. In these these terms and conditions:

“Promotion” is the An Post Money Refer a Friend Promotion for An Post Money current account.
“The Promoter” is An Post.
“An Post” means An Post having its registered offices at GPO, O’Connell Street Lower, Dublin 1, D01 F5P2. An Post is authorised by the Minister for Finance to provide payment services through An Post Money and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland in the provision of such services.

One4All” means GVS Gift Voucher Shop DAC, trading as The Gift Voucher Shop, having its  registered offices at, Unit 2, Swords Business Park, Swords, Dublin, K67 PX82, Ireland.

“One4All Gift Card” means a digital One4All gift card that can be used at participating online stores and participating stores nationwide.

“Promotion Code” means a unique code in an email sent by An Post Money to Referrers which is associated with this Promotion. The Referrer can then forward this Promotion Code to their family members and friends as a Referral to open An Post Money current account.

“Referral” means when Referrer has forwarded a Promotion Code to a family member or friend.

“Referrer” means an active An Post Money current account customer who has previously opted-in to receive marketing material from An Post Money, who refers a family member or friend to An Post Money and that friend or family member subsequently opens an An Post Money current account based on this Referral.
“Referee” means a person referred to An Post Money by the Referrer via the Promotion Code for this Promotion.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

•    The Referrer will receive an Email containing a unique Promotion Code from An Post Money, which they can then forward on to family members and friends of their choice.
•    To be eligible to participate in this Promotion a Referrer must be one of the one thousand (1,000) active An Post Money current account holders, who have previously opted-in to receive marketing correspondence, and will be selected at random to be invited to participate in this Promotion.
•    To be an active An Post Money account holder three or more transactions must have been conducted on the account between the 1 March 2025 and 1 April 2025. 
•    There is limit of three (3) Referrals that a Referrer can forward.
•    This Promotion is open to residents of Republic of Ireland who are 16 years of age. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age, verifiable by birth cert, passport or driver licence only.
•    To open an account for the purposes of this promotion the Referee will be required to open their An Post Money current account via the An Post Money App on their smart phone or mobile device.
•    To do so the Referee must download the An Post Money app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and follow the steps to open an An Post Money Current Account  and enter the Promotion Code. For more information on how to open a current account visit the An Post Money website.
•    The Referrer will receive a €60 lodgement into their An Post Money current account and can get a maximum of three (3) €60 lodgements totalling €180, for referring Referees who open a new An Post Money current account in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Referee’s An Post Money current account must remain active beyond the 14 working day cooling off.
•    The Referee will receive one €15 One4All Gift Card for opening a new An Post Money current account which is opened as a result of the Referral in accordance with these terms and conditions.
•    The Referee will only be eligible for one (1) 15 One4All l Gift Card for opening a new An Post Money current account. 
•    For both the Referrer and Referee to receive a €60 lodgement and €15 One4All Gift Card respectively the Referee must:
1.    Open An Post Money current account through the An Post Money App with the Promotional Code sent to them by the Referrer; and
2.    The An Post Money current account must be successfully opened between the 1 March 2025 and 1 April 2025. An Post Money will contact the Referee via email after they open their An Post Money current account to confirm all Promotion criteria has been met. An Post will contact the Referee after 60 working  days from the relevant An Post Money account being opened.
•    In order to be eligible for the €60 lodgement and One4All Gift Card the Referee’s new An Post Money current account be opened with a minimum of €60 and remain active with a balance of a minimum of €60 beyond the first 14 working days of its start date.
•    After 60 working days from the start date of the Referee’s new An Post Money current account being opened, the Referrer and Referee will each be entitled to receive the €60 lodgement and the €15 One4All Gift Card respectively. This is dependent upon the Referrer and Referee agreeing to adhere to these terms and conditions.
•    No substitute or alternative One4all Gift Cards will be available. One4all Gift Cards are non-transferable for cash.
•    A Referrer cannot refer themselves under this Promotion.
•    Should the Referee application to open An Post Money current account be declined the Referee shall not be eligible for this Promotion and the Referrer shall not benefit under this Promotion.
•    The new An Post Money current account opened by the Referee is subject to a minimum opening lodgement of €60.
•    The new An Post Money current account opened by the Referee must a new account where one was not closed within the previous 6 months.
•    These terms and conditions do not affect the Promoter’s rights under the An Post Money current account terms and conditions to cancel any An Post Money current account and for the avoidance of doubt, if the Promoter terminates the Referee’s An An Post Money current account that An Post Money current account will be deemed to be no longer active for the purpose of these terms and conditions. 
•    This offer is not applicable to existing Referees who are opening a joint An Post Money current account.
•    Any An Post Money current account opened is subject to the An Post Money current account terms and conditions which can be found at: https://www.anpost.com/Money/Current-Account/Current-Account-Terms-Conditions
•    Breach of either these terms and conditions or the An Post Money current account terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the Promotion.
•    The Promoter will not be will be liable or have any responsibility, for lost or stolen One4all Gift Cards.
•    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time with due cause.
•    The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system server, provider, delivery service, loss, damage or disappointment suffered by the Referee or Referrer and they hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from such issues unless such loss or damage was caused by the Promoter and which is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these terms and conditions or their negligence. Evidence of loss or damage will be required.
•    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, claim, expense or liability to any party arising from the Promotion or participation in same unless such loss was caused by the Promoter and which is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these terms and conditions or their negligence. Evidence of loss or damage will be required.
•    The Promoter is not responsible for any printing or typographical errors in materials relating to the Promotion.
•    Specific terms and conditions will apply to the One4all l Gift Card and are outlined below. 
•    Your Information: An Post is careful to treat the privacy of its customers with care and due regard to the laws of Ireland. The information, including personal data, which you submit to enter the Promotion, will be used by An Post Money to run the promotion. This information will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise requested by you. Calls may be recorded for verification and training purposes. An Post Money will handle any personal data in accordance with the An Post Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.anpost.com/Privacy/ 

•    Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
One4all Gift Card

•    One4All participating retailers can be found by searching “Where to Spend” at https://www.one4all.ie/

•    There is no expiry date on the One4all Gift Card but please note that a monthly Inactive Balance Charge will be applied if any funds remain on the Card 12 months after its date of issue.
