In these terms and conditions:
“Promotion” means The An Post Money Current Account promotion to win a trip to Rome.
“An Post” means a registered company in Ireland under number 98788 with a registered address at General Post Office, O’Connell Street Lower, Dublin 1.
“Promoter” means An Post.
“An Post Money” means the An Post Money current account from An Post.
“Submission” is the description, in 100 characters or less, of why you should win the Prize.
“Prize” means the prize for one winner and a guest and consists of:
Cooking Class
Michaelin Star meal
Vatican City tour
These experiences are subject to availability
In advance of selecting the experiences the winner of the Prize will be notified of the costs and permitted to choose experiences up to the value of €1,500.
This Prize must be claimed before 31st December 2025.
The promotion will run from 1 March 2025 to 30 April 2025.
This Promotion is open to eligible An Post Money customers who are 18 years of age and over who satisfy the Qualification Criteria set out below, except employees of An Post or family members of such employees, directors, officers, or agents of An Post. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age, verifiable by birth certificate, passport or driving licence only.
To be eligible to enter this Promotion An Post Money customers must satisfy the following Qualification Criteria (“Qualification Criteria”):
Lodge at least €2,000 during each of the months of March 2025 and April 2025 into their An Post Money account;
Complete an entry form on the An Post Money website and answer the following question correctly :

B. Cork
C. Rome; and
Enter a Submission
An Post Money customers who satisfy the Qualification Criteria by lodging funds to their account and correctly answering the question will be eligible to enter a Submission on the An Post Money website

An Post Money customers satisfy the Qualification Criteria will be deemed to be eligible entrants and their Submissions will be deemed valid.
A panel of judges will adjudicate on each Submission commencing w/c 19/05/2025. The panel will select one Submission from all valid entries received that, in the opinion of the judges, is the best and most original Submission. That entrant will be deemed to be the Prize winner and will be notified by phone, e-mail and letter by the Promoter within 7 days of the adjudication taking place. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the Prize winner on the contact details on file. In order to win the Prize, the selected entrant must acknowledge notification of the Prize win from the Promoter.
If the first selected entrant is unavailable or fails acknowledge the Prize win, the Promoter may select another Submission to be adjudicated upon by the judges.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to the adjudication of the Submissions is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding this selection.
The winner will have 10 working days from receipt of the winning notification to:

Flights, accommodation, and experiences are subject to availability.
Testing and abiding destination rules are the responsibility of the winner.
The Prize is valid until 31 December 2025 excluding Christmas Day 25 December 2025, Stephens Day 26 December 2025, Easter 21 April 2025 and all Irish Bank Holidays in 2025. (17 March, 5 May, 2 June, 4 August, 27 October 2025).
All travel must be completed within the timeframe stated in these Terms and Conditions. Extensions will not be allowed unless first authorised by the Promoter. The Prize winner and their guest are responsible for and must comply with any travel insurance / health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the Prize winner and their guest (where applicable).
A pre-approved budget will be set for all experiences, and the Prize winner will receive details of this. Any overspend is responsibility of the Prize winner.
The Prize is personal to the Prize winner and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the Prize is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all Prize elements if this term is not complied with.
The Prize winner and their nominated guest must have a valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity remaining after return) and must satisfy any special visa requirements that may apply. Passports and visas are the responsibility and cost of the Prize winner and their guest. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the Prize winner or nominated guest fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
The Prize winner must provide their choice of dates 6 weeks prior to their travel dates. Details on how to book will be given to the Prize winner once selected.
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for accommodation or transport being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this the Promoter will endeavour to find a suitable alternative.
All travel, accommodation and other services provided to the Prize winner and their guest will be provided subject to the terms and conditions of each such provider. The Promoter will not have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation and/or other services must be taken up with such provider.
Any amendments requested by the Prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be agreed by and be subject to administration charges levied by The Big Group Limited.
The Promoter may with valid reason select another Prize winner or dispose of the Prize with valid reason. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by The Big Group Limited.
An Post employees, Mastercard employees, The Big Group Ltd employees, their immediate families, contractors, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
There is no cash alternative for the Prize or refund for unused portions of the Prize.
The Prize winner may be required to take part in promotional activities, and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the entry, name, photograph and value of prize paid to the Prize winner. No remuneration will be associated with this activity.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant or to amend these terms and conditions with valid reason. If there are any changes to these terms and conditions, you will be notified.
Details provided by entrants as part of this Promotion will be retained by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this Promotion. This information will not be used or retained for any other purpose unless otherwise requested by you.
All information provided is correct at the time of going live but may be subject to change by the Promoter if necessary for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

The Prize winner’s personal data (name and contact details) will be shared for these purposes with Mastercard. Limitation on the Promoter’s liability
By participating in the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, damage suffered by you arising from this Promotion unless such loss or damage was caused by the Promoter and which is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these terms and conditions or their negligence. Evidence of loss or damage will be required.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant with valid reason. In the event of circumstances beyond its control, to cancel the Promotion at any stage.
Neither the Promoter or its affiliates are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to the Promotion.
Governing Law - This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

- Return transfers between one Irish address and an Irish airport to be determined by the Promoter after the winner of the Prize provides the preferred travel dates to the Promoter;
- Return flights between the Irish airport and an airport in Rome to be determined after the winner of the Prize provides the preferred travel dates to the Promoter;
- Return transfers between that airport in Rome and an allocated hotel in Rome. The winner of the Prize will be provided with selected predetermined accommodation options to choose from;
- Three nights 4* accommodation and breakfast in the allocated hotel;
- Up to four experiences to the total value of €1,500. A few examples of what these experiences could be are listed below:
