Terms & Conditions of An Post Money Mate’s Free Subscription Fee Trial Period

 

By participating in this promotion, you the customer agree to the terms and conditions below.

In these terms and conditions:

“An Post” means An Post having its registered office at GPO, O’Connell Street Lower, Dublin 1; D01 F5P2

“An Post Money Mate Account” means the An Post Money Mate Child Current Account operated by An Post. The terms and conditions of the An Post Money Mate Account are available on the website.

“An Post Money Mate Debit Card” means the An Post Money Mate Account Mastercard Debit Card issued to your child for use in connection with their An Post Money Mate Account.

“Free Subscription Fee Trial Period” means a period of three (3) months during which you will not be charged the monthly applicable subscription fee for your use of the An Post Money Mate Account. 

“Designated Period” between 4th day of June 2021 and 31st day of December 2021. 

 

A.   To be eligible to avail of the Free Subscription Fee Trial Period you must open a new An Post Money Mate Account during the Designated Period.

B.   The Trial Period will commence on the date you order the An Post Money Mate Debit Card.

C.   During the Trial Period, you will not be charged the applicable An Post Money Mate Account monthly subscription fee. All other fees for the use of the An Post Money Mate Card will apply as set out in our terms and conditions – see anpost.com/Money/Current-Account/Fees#money-mate-fees for details.

D.   At the end of the Trial Period, An Post will automatically start charging you the applicable An Post Money Mate subscription fee. You will continue to be charged the subscription fee on a monthly basis until you close your child’s An Post Money Mate Account.

E.   If you do not want to be charged the monthly subscription fee you must close your An Post Money Mate Account before the end of the Free Fee Trial Period by notifying An Post in writing to: An Post Money, BillPost, Enterprise House, Cappa Road, Kilrush, Co. Clare, V15 VX2.

F.   The terms of this promotion are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
