An Post will never...

  • Contact you by phone, email, or SMS and ask you to share any details of your account. We will never ask you to share card PIN, card number, login details, passcodes or user IDs.
  • Contact you asking you to share a one-time passcode.  One-time passcodes should not be shared with anybody, including An Post staff.
  • Contact you and ask you to transfer money to/from any of your accounts.
  • Send you an email with a link directly to your account or login screen.
