If you haven’t purchased a product or service online using 3D Secure before on any website, you will be redirected to your issuing credit card’s secure website where you must verify some personal details and select a password. This is integrated into our payment facility. You must never disclose this password to anyone – this is how you guarantee your card is secure. Do not write your password down anywhere.

Orders placed on our website are usually shipped within 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

If you don’t select the credit card payment option, the minimum initial lodgement is €40. After that, how much you pay depends on what you buy. For example, to receive all Irish stamp issues and first day covers for a year will cost €95 or around €1.80 per week. There are no handling charges and we charge a nominal postal fee.   

Your account balance is shown on each invoice you receive. You can top up your account, as required, online or by mail. You can also arrange to have your credit card debited automatically for each order.

3D Secure is a protocol used as an added layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. This is achieved by adding another authentication step for online payments.
