Why sign up to anpost.com?

All tracked parcels sent by An Post that match your email or phone number are listed. These include parcels you are receiving or sending.

To review your marketing preferences, select "Profile and settings" from the drop down menu. You will then be able to select "Marketing preferences" where you can amend your preferences.

Once logged in, click the "My Account" dropdown menu. Here, you can select "Transaction history" which will show you all the transactions for the previous 6 months.

We will try to deliver to the address at least once, if there is no one available to accept the parcel we will leave you a “sorry we missed you!” notice explaining how to get it. This will explain the options to collect the parcel from one of our locations or you can arrange a redelivery online. If you're not going to be at home, you can avoid missing a delivery by setting a safe spot up. This can be a safe, dry place out of view or a neighbour. To reset your password, click the "My Account" dropdown menu. Click "Log in to An Post", here you will be able to select "Forgot Password?". Enter your email address associated with your An Post account to receive instructions on resetting your password.

It is completely free to register with anpost.com. Standard charges for An Post services apply after that.

You can sign up in just a few seconds by providing your email address, along with a secure password which is 8 characters or greater. You will need to include three of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, a special character.

If you’re not around when we try to deliver to the address on your parcel, we’ll leave it at your delivery backup option. This is also known as your safe spot. It can be a safe, dry place out of view or a neighbour.

Use the address book feature to save time by adding your address and contact addresses. Your contacts can be people you frequently send to or people you may wish to send items to in future. To use the Address Book feature, select "Address Book" from the drop down menu under your name once logged in. Here, you can add a new address. Your profile address should belong to you, as these are used as the sender address when buying labels online. Your contacts are the people who you may wish to send items to.
