The journey so far

In 2024, we maintained zero gender pay gap for the 4th consecutive year, increased representation of women in our Senior Management Group to 47%, and continued to maintain an absence of 0-hour contracts

Feature Story – Developing future talent

Our talent management strategy enables our people to reach their full potential and helps An Post to build the skills and capabilities we need for the future. In 2024, we launched ‘MyHR’, allowing for easier access to training and HR services. Employees can now engage in training at their own pace, whenever they wish to.
