2016-2018 - Collector's strip of four stamps, 1

This is the first of three collector's strips of four national stamps, issued between 2016 and 2018 to celebrate various aspects of Irish life and culture. The four €1.00 stamps on this strip feature the following subjects:

• Bicentenary of the opening of the GPO in 1818
• Boyne Viaduct, part of the Europa Bridge series
• Na Pĺobairi Uileann, 1968-2018
• Irish deer

These stamps have been reproduced as stamps on a roll and will alternate with stamps drawn from Phase II of our ninth definitive series, A History of Ireland in 100 Objects.
