In 2015, he established This Is Seaweed to provide a variety of seaweeds through his e-commerce store and other Irish artisan and health-food outlets. Mummy Cooks
Mummy Cooks began life as a cookery school, teaching parents how to wean their babies. Founder Siobhan Berry then began to share advice and recipes with a wider audience through her website, before going on to offer weaning products to help parents serve healthy, homemade food every day. In February 2018, Siobhan launched her first recipe book, Baby & Family: Cook for Family, Adapt for Baby. Her second book, Lunchbox Made Easy: Recipes to Raise Healthy Lunchbox Heroes, was released in 2019. “What I find is that mums will batch cook and then order the pots so they need it the next day. Since starting out five years ago, entrepreneurs Ellen Weber and Grace O’Sullivan have grown their fashion accessories business and now have a team of five employees. As well as selling online, their handbags, wallets and accessories are available in Arnotts with onsite personalisation available. “We do get asked a lot if I order today, will I have it for the weekend?
