What are the An Post Commerce business response services?

An Post Commerce have a range of business response services depending on your needs:

• Business Reply lets you supply your customers with specially-approved pre-printed prepaid envelopes, cards or labels. This allows your customers to post back their response during a promotion or advertising campaign. It can be included with invoices allowing your customers to pay by return post

• Freepost allows you to provide your customers with a pre-approved address, enabling you to include a response mechanism in press ads

• Vanity Freepost lets you design your own personalised response address, unique to your business. The address can be used in press, TV or radio advertising, making it easier for customers to remember so they are more likely to respond

• PostAim helps you build the perfect marketing database by allowing you to include a response mechanism in your mailing to let your customers respond easily

2. Remember to include a printed proof of your proposed design. You can download some sample formats 

3. Include the appropriate licence and deposit fee

Business reply service costs

We charge an annual licence fee of €165.00 plus a deposit relating to anticipated volumes, subject to a minimum deposit of €82.50.
