How does eDocketing work?
- Download and complete the application form (PDF, 22.9KB).
- Return the application form to your Account Manager
- Your account will be set up with details of the services you register to use
- You will get your login details from your Account Manager
- Login to eDocketing and enter the details of your mailing
- Print a copy of the docket to send with your mailing
- When your mail is collected give the docket to the driver
- Your postal docket will have a barcode and reference number which will be scanned when it arrives into the mail acceptance office
