Product Sampling Direct Mail lets you get your latest samples directly into the hands and homes of your existing and potential customers. Encouraging them to try it and giving them a direct impression of its quality is a proven way of generating sales.

Letting potential customers experience your product’s quality first-hand not only helps to build brand awareness but also increases customer engagement, brand recall, conversions and loyalty.

Any product that is easily distributed in sample sizes and can be tried before purchase is suitable for sampling. However, some items cannot be sent and these are listed on our prohibited list here.

Once your order is confirmed and we receive all the items you want to mail, it will be delivered within three working days.

No, we don’t collect your Product Sampling mailing. Instead, your account manager can explain how to pack your items and deliver to the mail centre.

This depends on the size and weight of the sample being delivered. Pricing starts at €1.50 per item and more information can be found on the Product Sampling product page here.

No, currently product samples can only be sent within the Republic of Ireland.
