Publicity Post enables businesses, charities and other organisations to have marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets and newsletters delivered with the regular mail by a trusted post person. The service is cost-effective, fully GDPR-compliant and highly impactful as your message is read at a time when customers are more receptive.

Publicity Post can be delivered to any of the 272 separate delivery zones across the 26 counties. Within these zones, there are 1,512,500 homes and businesses. This large number of zones means you can target your campaign to the area (or areas) where it will have the most impact. Publicity Post costs as little as 9c (ex VAT) per item. The total cost depends on how many nationwide delivery zones you use (the minimum number is one zone) and the weight of your item.

Publicity Post zones can’t be subdivided. However, if you would like to create an even more precisely targeted campaign, An Post Commerce’s AdMailer service lets you target down to individual street level.

Publicity Post is a delivery-only service. You provide us with the completed print leaflets which our expert team then deliver.

Deliveries are made in weekly slots, over 5 – 7 working days and you can choose your delivery week.

Currently this service is only available to customers sending material within the 26 counties of the Republic of Ireland.

Yes, each individual leaflet or brochure can weigh up to 100g and must fall within the following dimensions:

Minimum size: 100mm x 70mm
Maximum size: A5 (240mm x 162mm)
Maximum weight: 100g

When you book a Publicity Post delivery, we will confirm the specific packing requirements you should follow. In brief, the key requirements to note are:

• Leaflets or brochures should be packed into boxes weighing no more than 10kg when full. Leaflets should be secured in bundles of 100 - the heavier the leaflet, the fewer bundles in a box.
• Publicity Post labels must be displayed clearly on the outer side of these boxes, along with a confirmation letter detailing your packing and delivery instructions. An Post will supply you with these labels.
• Postage Pre-Paid marking and Return Addresses are prohibited on your leaflet design.
