• The way they work is when your order is imported with an empty field or “0" as the value, if there is a default value set up for that field, we will only then populate it.

• You do not have to use all of the below fields. You can use whichever are relevant to your setup.

• Our customers most often set contact phone number and contact email address default values as a lot of carriers will throw errors if they are not present.

  • Contact phone number
  • Contact mobile number
  • Dimension unit (cm/mm)
  • Package height
  • Package width
  • Package length
  • Weight unit (kg/g)
  • Item weight
  • Item value
