An Post Added to Oxegen Line Up

Gary Finnerty, Marketing Manager of An Post explains: “2 million people visit their local post office every week to use a very wide variety of services.  We want to give the 80,000 Oxegen Village revellers the chance to avail of these same services, and more, while they’re at the Festival.”

Services available at the Oxegen post office include: Top Up for all mobile phone networks with NO commission fee; cash withdrawal for Postbank and AIB customers; Lotto, with late night opening for the Euro Millions and Lotto draws on the Friday and Saturday evenings; Western Union for speedy money transfer for those who might run out of cash; postal services - including Registered Post for sending identification such as passports and driving licenses home safely; and especially for Oxegen, a selection of special edition postcards for sending to family and friends

An Post will also be launching “PHOTOFEST” which is sure to appeal to all festival goers. Moments and memories at Oxegen '08 can be captured on camera phones and sent via picture message to An Post. The images will be printed as postcards and delivered to letter-boxes anywhere in the world. PHOTOFEST will cost just €2.50 plus the cost of a MMS message.
