An Post signs Diversity Charter Ireland

An Post’s Head of Employee Relations, Mark Graham, explained that by signing this charter, An Post together with Dell, Dublin Bus, Dublin City University, ESB, Equality Strategies, IBEC, Permanent TSB, Rehab, Sodexo and Telefonica join counterparts in nine other European countries publically stating their commitment to diversity:
 

An Post has a proven track record in demonstrating and promoting true commitment to Diversity.    We know it delivers a real business advantage for us, as well as benefiting all our people, he added.

IBEC Director General Danny McCoy said: “Diversity is the key to success. A company that embraces the full breadth and wealth of diversity in its teams has a clear business advantage and competitive edge. We welcome the voluntary commitment of the founding organisations to champion awareness and understanding of the benefits of promoting equality and diversity”
