New pricing for Bulk Mail Discount services and Reach+ - 2023

The rates for sending large envelopes and packets through these services are not changing.

This change will bring Bulk Mail Discount pricing in line with the headline stamp increase brought in last February. Please be assured that where increases are being made, they have been kept to the absolute minimum while being sufficient to continue to provide businesses and customers with daily delivery to over 2.3 million addresses nationwide.
