Post.Trust on 2013 ICT Excellence Award shortlist

The PRTB wanted to improve its service to customers and streamline its processes.  Post.Trust’s solution was to provide a digitally certified Track & Trace verification record for each Express Post item mailed by the PRTB.  The secure digital record transfers directly to the PRTB system and is admissible for the purpose of any legal proceedings taken by the Board in the course of its work.
