Since then it has grown into a national night of shared cultural experiences with over 4,000 events taking place in upwards of 1,600 venues across the country, all brought about by our large arts community and significant support by the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, along with regional arts offices and local authorities across the island working together to deliver a great cultural event for audiences of all ages to enjoy.
“An Post has long been a supporter hosting wonderful events each year in the GPO. We’re truly honoured that An Post is issuing four postage stamps which capture all the fun and wonder Culture Night creates each year”, she added.
