However we are determined to make a steady improvement on our next day delivery rates so that we can meet the 94 per cent target laid down by ComReg.
To this end, a comprehensive end-to-end quality of service audit has been completed and an action plan put in place to drive quality standards locally and nationally.
We are confident of making steady improvements in the quality of sevices and products we provide to our business and private customers.
