Reduced rates for sending books abroad
Do you need to send books abroad? An Post offers reduced rates to those posting books overseas. To avail of these special rates, your item must remain open for inspection so use resealable packaging or leave the item unsealed.
How it works
- Weigh your item which must be a maximum of 5kg
- Calculate and apply the appropriate postage
- Clearly mark your item as Printed Matter in the upper left hand corner
